Founded in Singapore over 23 years ago, Spellbound has grown into a luxury wedding planning and event design consultancy trusted by couples from Singapore and around the world. We specialise in creating bespoke weddings, destination celebrations, and extraordinary events where thoughtful planning meets exceptional design.
Our work goes far beyond organising a wedding. We transform venues into immersive experiences, blending design, floristry, lighting, styling, logistics, and guest experience into one seamless celebration. Meet The Team
Anna Lim
Founder & CEO
Anna, who dabbles in everything except politics, has nearly 25 years of experience in event consultancy. She has navigated all sorts of weddings & events, and has an uncanny sense of foreseeing disasters. She’s a good friend of all brides and grooms and can conjure up feasts of magnificent proportion or exquisite dinner that will be the talk of town many years later.
With a background in floristry, F&B and the arts, Anna has an eye for aesthetics, entertainment, culinary and understands the right floral design and accessories to complement your wedding. She designs flower arrangements that will enhance the venues, never forgetting that after all, the Groom and Bride should be the Stars of the wedding!
Zhiying Allender
Head Wedding Management & Planning
Zhing has never met a wedding she didn’t love. With a background in hospitality, she kickstarted her career in wedding planning in the States and has spent years helping couples bring their dream celebrations to life.
A proud Spellbound bride herself, Zhing knows exactly what it feels like to be in the bride’s shoes. She understands the excitement, the butterflies, the endless inspiration boards and the importance of getting all the little details just right.
Part planner, part problem-solver, part cheerleader, and occasional emergency kit magician, Zhing is happiest when surrounded by happy couples, beautiful celebrations and a well-executed run sheet.
She firmly believes that it’s often the smallest details that create the biggest memories. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand affair, she loves creating weddings that feel effortlessly personal, joyful, and uniquely “you.”
Wolf D. Schwarz
Lead Logistics
Drawing on his extensive experience in international logistics, W. Schwarz manages the intricate coordination behind our global operations.
From overseeing the timely movement of materials and specialist teams to coordinating international partners, he ensures every logistical detail is carefully planned. His expertise allows our installations and dismantling processes to run smoothly, enabling Spellbound Weddings to deliver exceptional events with precision and reliability.
